Gajos de camote( batata dulce) con canela y paprika

Receta para 4 -5 porciones

Ingredientes:

  • 2 camotes ( batata dulce)
  • Aceite de oliva extra virgen
  • Romero fresco
  • Sal sin refinar, rica en minerales
  • 1 cucharadita de paprika
  • 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo

Instrucciones:

  1. Precalienta el horno a 190ºC.
  2. Lava el camote ( batata dulce) y córtalo en gajos de aproximadamente una pulgada de grosor.
  3. Coloca los gajos en la charola para hornear, vierte encima aceite de oliva y espolvorea sal, paprika y canela. Mezcla con las manos y espolvorea el romero fresco o coloca las ramitas enteras sobre el camote ( batata dulce).
  4. Hornear por una hora aproximadamente. Dale la vuelta a los gajos dos o tres veces durante la cocción. Una vez que estén suaves, están listos para disfrutar.
